Sofas

Designed by Hannes Peer for indoor spaces, Emmi is also adapted for open-air living, giving rise to an armchair and a sofa that evoke the elegant aesthetic of 1970s outdoor furnishing pieces, with generous and inviting shapes. Created to thrive in a wide variety of settings, the slender tubular metal frame, covered with woven cord in the same colour, supports the soft seat and back cushions. Its base, with its original sinuous silhouette, draws a continuous line between the seat and backrest, giving the furnishing piece a sophisticated visual lightness that makes it feel more weightless.

Structure։ In tubular stainless steel, varnished matt Ecru, matt Dark Brown or matt Bronze colour. Seat and backrest are in woven 8 mm Ø Taslan (air-jet weaving and texturization process) polypropylene cord. The cord is available in Butter colour - paired with structure varnished Ecru colour; Dark Brown - paired with structure varnished Dark Brown; and Olive - paired with structure varnished Bronze colour.

Cushions։ Seat and backrest cushions are padded with high-resilience, variable-density polyurethane foam and viscose fibre, while the optional 50×50 cm and Ø18×L70 cm roll cushions feature viscose fibre padding only. All cushions are encased in water-repellent polyester covers to protect against water and humidity, with water-repellent zippers and thread suitable for outdoor use. Seat and backrest cushions are joined by a zipper and secured to the structure with teak frog closures. 

Covers։ The cushion cover is completely removable. Rests on stainless-steel tips varnished to match the structure (Ecru, Dark Brown or Bronze). Protective adjustable polyethylene glides in colour to match the structure.
