Description

The timeless elegance of the Warhol armchair is enhanced with a natural Iroko finish that makes it even easier to integrate harmoniously in outdoor environments. An essential and compact volume softened by enveloping and cosy upholstery; the natural Iroko finish, which matures over time acquiring warm tones, perfectly complements the visual representation of a timeless piece, capable of ageing in the open-air.

Structure: Wood, 120x35 mm, made of solid iroko, natural finish, kiln-dried. Processed using CNC machines, mitred joints are assembled at 45° and finished by hand. Iroko wood is treated with a highly UV protective, weather-resistant varnish. Second metal frame varnished for outdoor use. Woven exterior elastic straps, made of synthetic rubber and polypropylene, resistant to UV damage. Aging is a natural and fairly rapid process and tends to make iroko wood more homogeneous over time. Like most kinds of wood, iroko does not have uniform colour and veining. Thus, it’s possible to find nuances of colour that are not perfectly harmonious. This should not be considered a defect in the material but rather a valuable asset of solid wood. Given its exposure to the sun and the aging process, the initial shade of colour can have noticeable differences depending on geographic location.

Cushions: Padding for seat and backrest cushions in high-density polyurethane foam with a water-repellent, eco-friendly fabric cover. In order to increase the resistance of seat and backrest cushioning to water and humidity, all the cushions are encased in a waterproof polyester lining with traditional stitching. All the accessories used in their manufacture - zippers, thread - are water repellent and therefore suited to outdoor use.

Covers: Fully removable cushion covers. Stainless steel tips. Rubber protection.
